The Role: Field Service Engineer

Perform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Provide technical support for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Evaluate fault reports, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment, adhering to safety and operational standards.

The Candidate:

Strong knowledge of Scientific systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work autonomously within established guidelines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
